Indigenous Languages Institute - New Program

EL Roadmap & State Seal of Biliteracy
Enhance your understanding of the California English Learner Roadmap with in-depth sessions designed to provide valuable resources and tools for implementing effective biliteracy programs. Learn how to support students in achieving the prestigious State Seal of Biliteracy, as promoted by Prop 58, and discover strategies to ensure their academic success and linguistic growth. These special sessions will equip educators with the insights needed to strengthen biliteracy pathways and celebrate multilingualism in California schools.
Administrative Leadership Symposium
This dynamic half-day session is designed for educational leaders and is dedicated to driving the success of English learners and biliteracy students. Superintendents, School Board Members, and Assistant Superintendents are invited to attend at no cost. Other district and site leaders are welcome to participate with an additional fee of $75 as part of their CABE 2025 registration. High School Mariachi Festival-Competition
CABE’s musical talent-festival-competition is open to all high school and middle school students. Six finalists will be chosen prior the CABE 2025 conference and will be invited to perform live at the Long Beach Convention Center. Pre-registration is required.
